In a promotional video, Netflix announced their association with Bajpayee wherein they were seen talking about their upcoming film Killer Soup, which will also star Konkana Sen Sharma.

The video features how in a year 2024 which has already opened with many twists and turns in Manoj Bajpayee’s life including the fake six-pack abs picture making rounds on the internet, the universe added another ingredient to his simmering soup - an imposter.

An unassuming Manoj Bajpayee-lookalike enters the green room ahead of the launch of Killer Soup on Netflix, parading as the seasoned actor that audiences have grown to love. The real Manoj kicks the door down to confront the ‘Fake’ Manoj Bajpayee in a classic face-off.

Netflix adds on to the dilemma as we can see Manoj Bajpayee in a unique and different avatar wherein he is reinventing himself with his six-pack abs on New Year’s Eve, had an altercation with a journalist, and also an unexpected showdown in the same week. Is this really the Manoj Bajpayee we know or an imposter? Could he be hinting at a special ingredient in this Killer Soup? As of now, makers have added to the anticipation by dropping this intriguing poster on social media saying, “A story so bizarre, you need to watch it to believe it.
