Makers of Vivek Agnihotri’s The Vaccine War, “Few agencies, parties and media houses worked towards defaming India’s vaccine victory” : Bollywood News

After the enormous success of The Kashmir Files earlier this year, filmmaker Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri will now be brining The Vaccine War on screen. As per the name, the film is about the fight and struggle of various Indians behind making the COVID-19 vaccine that has helped the country immensely in fighting against the deadly Coronavirus.

The film went on floors earlier this month. Agnihotri has now shared a BTS (behind the scene) video from the sets. One can see the filmmaker deeply involved in getting that perfect shot. The video ends with him being delighted by the perfection achieved in one particular shot.

Interestingly, Agnihotri has made sure that none of the cast members are seen in the video. The makers have succeeded in keeping the name of the film’s actors under wraps, even after it has going on floors.

Revealing what The Vaccine War is about, an official statement from the makers said, “Several Indian scientists and doctors gave their sweat and blood to make sure that the patients are treated and a vaccine is made. While people were busy celebrating the conquest over Corona, a few agencies, parties and media houses were constantly working towards defaming the win we had achieved. Since then, Vivek Agnihotri has been fighting against those ‘naxals,’ and has been exposing them. Now with this film, he is all set and steadfast to deliver one of the most promising films ever made on 15 August 2023 in 11 Languages.”
