On the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi's birth anniversary, Bollywood celebrities took to social media to pay tribute to the Father of the Nation.

Veteran actor Anupam Kher shared portraits of Bapu and Lal Bahadur Shastri, whose birth anniversary also falls today, and wrote, “Best wishes to all of you on the occasion of Gandhiji and Shastri ji's birth anniversary! PM Modi also launched a cleanliness drive on Friday to mark the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti. He said that Swachh Bharat is a shared responsibility and that every effort counts.
