During the episode, Karan Johar asserted that Sara Ali Khan is likely to get friend-zoned because she gives “bro vibe.”

In the third episode of Koffee With Karan season 8, Sara Ali Khan and Ananya Pandey graced the iconic couch, bringing their vibrant energy and candid conversations to the show. The duo engaged in a playful banter, addressing dating rumours and sharing insights into their personal lives, much to the delight of the audience. During the same, KJo jokingly pointed out during a game that Sara gives “bro vibes.”

It all happened during the Wrecktangle game, in which Khan and Pandey had to give each other a percentage of how they perceived each other. For the first question, which was “How likely is your koffee partner to get friend-zoned?” In response, the Liger actress gave Sara 20%.

However, the 51-year-old filmmaker did not agree with Ananya and remarked that Sara “gets friend-zoned much more than that.” Sharing his thoughts on the same, Johar said, “You give that ‘bro vibe.’”

As the banter progressed further, the Love Aaj Kal actress recalled, “Vicky (Kaushal) used to tell me this. He’s like ‘Can you just… Not before the scene at least not be so brotherly.’” Sara concluded the topic while promising that she would work on it.

Coming to the professional front, Karan’s last directorial venture was Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt. Meanwhile, Sara was last seen in Zara Hatke Zara Bachke, which was helmed by Laxman Utekar. This was the first time Sara shared the screen space with Vicky Kaushal.

Coming to Ananya, she was last seen in the second instalment of the Ayushmann Khurrana-starrer franchise, Dream Girl.
