Over the years, Yash has gained an identity as the Pan India superstar, especially with the stupendous success of his KGF franchise. While he has become the talk of town, his name became quite a part of the conversation when Kareena Kapoor Khan mentioned him during the latest episode of Koffee With Karan 8. In fact, known to be an actress who rarely watches films, she took host Karan Johar by surprise when she revealed that she has watched KGF and would like to work with the Kannada superstar.

In the recent episode of Koffee With Karan 8 featuring Kareena Kapoor Khan and Alia Bhatt on the couch, during the rapid fire round the Bajrangi Bhaijaan actress was asked, "Which South actor would you like to be paired up with?” And the options were, “Prabhas, Ram Charan, Vijay Deverakonda, Allu Arjun and Yash". She immediately answered “Yash” and also went on to express her desire to collaborate with the Southern sensation. She also further added, “I am a 'KGF girl’.” When Karan asked her if she has watched the film, she responded, “Yes, of course.”

Kareena Kapoor Khan is yet to make her South debut. On the other hand, her sister-in-law Alia Bhatt who was also a part of the session, interestingly made her big debut with the Oscar winning S.S. Rajamouli film RRR wherein she played the role of Ram Charan’s fiancé.

Speaking of the Koffee With Karan 8 episode, it brought the two sisters-in-law together for the first time. On the work front, Kareena Kapoor Khan is riding high on the critical acclaim she received for Jaane Jaan and even for The Buckingham Murders which is currently being screened at film festivals. On the other hand, Alia Bhatt won hearts with her role in the romantic Karan Johar directorial Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani alongside Ranveer Singh.
