Kiara Advani stepped out in Mumbai for her first public appearance since welcoming her daughter last year. The actress and her husband, Sidharth Malhotra, became parents to a baby girl in July 2024. A new viral video showed Kiara greeting the paparazzi with her signature bright smile.
In the clip, Kiara posed for photographers wearing an off-the-shoulder blue shirt paired with denim shorts and white sneakers. Her outing came shortly after the couple revealed their daughter’s name—Saraayah—in a joint Instagram post last month. While the couple didn’t share the meaning, the name reportedly translates to “princess” or “noble lady.”
The announcement post also included a heartwarming image of Kiara and Sidharth’s palms gently holding their daughter’s tiny sock-covered feet. The message read, “From our prayers to our arms. Our divine blessing, our princess, Saraayah.”
Sidharth and Kiara had announced their pregnancy earlier on February 28 with a picture of baby socks captioned, “The greatest gift of our lives. Coming soon.” They welcomed their daughter on July 15, 2025, sharing the news with fans through another heartfelt message: “Our hearts are full and our world forever changed. We are blessed with a baby girl.” The couple married in February 2023 at Jaisalmer’s Suryagarh Palace.
On the professional front, Kiara was last seen in War 2. She will next appear in the pan-Indian film Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups alongside Yash and Nayanthara, and also has Don 3 with Ranveer Singh in the pipeline.
Sidharth Malhotra was last seen in Param Sundari opposite Janhvi Kapoor. His upcoming project, Vvan: Force of the Forest, features him alongside Tamannaah Bhatia.
