Going to the gym is not an option anymore, owing to the social distancing that we all are practicing. But if you have the will, you can very much maintain your fitness at home! Plenty of Bollywood stars, who have voluntarily quarantined themselves as a precaution, are doing so.

Going a step ahead, Katrina Kaif also decided to share with us her fitness routine at home. Isn't that super sweet? In the videos shared by her, you can see her exercising, including both warm-up and the actual exercises. "Since we are all practicing #SocialDistancing @yasminkarachiwala and I worked out at our homes and put the workouts together for you to do at yours. Stay home stay safe," Kat wrote.
