Kareena Kapoor Khan has always been vocal about her love for Europe. While London is her favourite city, the actress loves to spend holiday season in Gstaad, Switzerland. The actress has always maintained how she loves her trips to Switzerland, celebrating white Christmas amidst snow-capped mountains. And this time around, the actress gets to do exactly that, after a three-year break owing to the pandemic and she couldn’t be more thrilled about it. After celebrating Christmas in Mumbai, the actress took off to her favourite Swiss Alps with husband Saif Ali Khan, and sons Taimur Ali Khan, and Jehangir Ali Khan (Jeh).

Kareena Kapoor Khan took to her Instagram and posted a story of her in Gstaad. The actress posted a picture of her spending time in front of a decorative fireplace and also shared how much she missed the trip in the past three years. She posted about it in the caption saying, “Waited three years for you.”

A few months ago, the actress also posted about how much she missed the coffee in London and visited her favourite café when she was in the city earlier this year. It seems that she shared a similar feeling about visiting Gstaad. Fans of the star would be aware that this has become a tradition of sorts for the Khan-Kapoor family to spend New Year’s in this picturesque place in Switzerland. The actress has been going to this snowy region along with husband Saif Ali Khan even before the couple had kids. Interestingly, considering that Jehangir Ali Khan aka Jeh was born during the pandemic, this might be his first trip to the beautiful location.

Talking about films, Kareena Kapoor Khan will be making her OTT debut in 2023 with a Netflix suspense thriller, which is an adaptation of the Japanese novel Devotion of Suspect X. She also recently shot for a Hansal Mehta directorial. On the other hand, Saif Ali Khan will next be seen as Lankeshwar in Adipurush co-starring Prabhas and Kriti Sanon.
