Kareena Kapoor Khan shares ‘happy photos’ of Saif Ali Khan and Taimur Ali Khan as their team Tigers of Kolkata win ISPL : Bollywood News

Saif Ali Khan, who has always had a keen interest in cricket considering that his father was the legendary cricketer Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, decided to invest in the team Tigers of Kolkata. His supportive wife and co-actress Kareena Kapoor Khan, who too is seen doing her bit in these endeavors, joined the actor in a recent match of their team with Majhi Mumbai which was held in Thane, Mumbai.

Kareena Kapoor Khan took to her official social media handle to share photos from the event on March 15, which was held at Dadaji Kondev Stadium in Thane. The match between Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan’s Majhi Mumbai as well as Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Tigers of Kolkata had several nail-biting moments with the latter eventually emerging victorious. Kareena took to her Instagram feed to share glimpses from the match which also included a cute bond where her husband Saif was seen bonding with their eldest born Taimur Ali Khan.

In her caption, she also expressed her happiness as the co-owner of the winning team and said, “Our team @tiigersofkolkata have roared their way to victory… ?????? What an outstanding performance. Seizing the first-ever Indian street premiere league championship @ispl_t10 ???? Hats off to our entire team”

Proud team owner of first time championship team, Saif Ali Khan expressed his excitement saying, “I’m very happy to have seen such a good game of cricket. The atmosphere was amazing but what I’m most impressed about is that the standard of cricket was really high and that’s key. The kind of shots that were played, bowling and fielding, was really top class. I think this is going to be a really interesting to watch in the future. The boys were just amazing, and it’s just sinking in. The Bombay team played very as well, but I’m very pleased we won”.

Along with Kareena, Saif, and their son Taimur, the match was also attended by Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan who cheered for their team Majhi Mumbai along with God of Cricket Sachin Tendulkar.
