Actress Kate Winslet is currently making headlines for various reasons, including her performance in the latest release, Avatar: The Way Of Water. However, a clip of the actress speaking about 'looking out for the younger actors' is also making rounds on the internet. Among many others, it has grabbed the attention of Bollywood divas, Anushka Sharma and Kareena Kapoor Khan.

For the unversed, People Magazine shared a video of Kate on their verified social media handle. In the clip, she can be heard saying, “I had some great role models, but I don't feel I ever had people consistently looking out for me. Whereas now, we are consistently looking out for the younger actors. So any of that, you know, white noise in your head that says you shouldn't be here and you don't have the right and there's going to be someone better, forget it. It's you, and we all are excited to see what you're going to do.”

Adding further, the English actress asserted, “And it doesn't matter if you make mistakes because you learn from your mistakes. So being an older actor who's able to share those little pieces of wisdom that I've hopefully gathered along the way, I'm really appreciating that moment because I feel like I've kind of earned the right to step into it. Just getting to choose, when I can switch off.”

Giving a shout-out to her, Kareena and Anushka took to their respective social media handle and shared it on the story section of their Instagram. While Kareena wrote, “Kate (two red-heart emoticons) just the best (one red-heart emoticon),” Anushka’s caption read, “She said it (white heart emoji).”

Talking about Kate’s latest release, the sequel to Avatar, it also features Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana while Kate and Vin Diesel are the new additions to the ensemble cast.
