Shershaah couple is now married for real! Longtime lovebirds Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani, who often kept their relationship private, got hitched in a beautiful ceremony on February 7. The couple’s wedding took place at Suryagarh Palace in Jaisalmer. Their family members and close friends were in attendance for all the rituals. Karan Johar was one of the attendees and likely the person behind the first meeting between the two actors who are now married.

For the wedding festivities, Karan wore three gorgeous outfits – one for haldi – mehendi ceremonies, one for sangeet and one for the wedding. All three were from Manish Malhotra’s collection. One of the outfits printed kurta along with a three-coloured dupatta and salwar. Another one was a purple kurta and pajama with a velvet jacket and a printed dupatta. The third one was a metallic ensemble – a black kurta with a grey metallic jacket and dupatta.

On Friday, he shared a slew of photos on Instagram and wrote, “It was such a warm and intimate shaadi…. And it was the most fun to dress for mere do yaars ki shaadi! Blessings to Sid and Kiara and so much love to the maverick magician and marvellous @manishmalhotra05 @manishmalhotraworld for not only outdoing himself for the bride and groom but also giving me the most gorgeous ensembles to celebrate the loving couple!!!! On the work front, Karan Johar is directing Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani starring Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi. The film is set for July 2023 release.
