Despite being one of the most popular celebrity kids around, Nysa Devgan, the daughter of actors Ajay Devgn and Kajol, typically stays out of the spotlight. She hasn't yet stepped foot in the glamorous, international world of show business. Yet, that hasn't stopped her from getting attention. Nysa presently has several fan accounts in addition to a private Instagram account. The fan pages often share stunning pictures of Nysa, who never fails to enthral her audience.

In an interview when Kajol was asked to share views on her daughter’s popularity, she told Hindustan Times, “I feel proud of her, of course. I love the fact that she conducts herself with dignity wherever she goes. All I can say is, she is 19 and is having fun. She has the right to do whatever she wants to do and I will always support her.”

The actor continues by discussing the values she has upheld during her three-decade career in the film industry. Unlike many actors, for Kajol validation is not essential. She said, “I never worried about being a part of a group or following the trend or being at the number one spot in the rat race. I never thought about all that.”

Taking about the values she learnt from her mother, Kajol said, “My mum (veteran actor Tanuja) would always say, ‘You should treat others like how you would expect yourself to be treated’. Bahut maar-maar ke yeh sikhaya gaya hai. I grew up with [this idea of inclusivity].”

Nysa Devgn has often been seen accompanying her parents to various events and functions. Although she has not yet made her acting debut, there is speculation that she may follow in her parents' footsteps and enter the film industry in the future.

Coming to professional front, Kajol was last seen in the family drama Salaam Venky, directed by Revathy. She will be next seen in The Good Wife which will mark as her OTT debut with Disney+ Hotstar's . She will be seen in the role of housewife who returns to her law career after a long break. Directed by Suparn Verma, the series is an official adaptation of the American show of the same name.
