Ranveer Singh’s latest advertisement for a sexual wellness brand has stirred conversation as it featured adult film star Johnny Sins. In a recent interview, Johnny Sins shared insights into his experience of working in India, expressing both appreciation and regret.

During the interview, Johnny expressed gratitude for the warm welcome he received in India. He said, “It’s been a little hard because you come all the way here, to a country you have always wanted to see, really not be able to see it. The people have been amazing. Everybody has been extremely nice and what I have seen so far has been extremely cool.”

In a separate interview with YouTuber Tanmay Bhatt, Johnny further elaborated on his experience of filming the advertisement with such a large crew. He said, “I don’t think I have ever seen so many people on set. The largest set I have seen in the US is maybe 15 people and most of my shoots these days are me and the girl usually. Most shoots are 3 to 5 people.”

The advertisement featuring Ranveer Singh and Johnny Sins garnered widespread attention, with many praising it as one of the most unexpected crossovers in recent times. The collaboration between the Bollywood star and the renowned adult film actor sparked conversations about cultural intersections and the evolving landscape of advertising in India.

The Bold Care commercial, meanwhile, is directed by Ayappa KM. He’s a famous ad man who, in the past, had helmed many other quirky ads like that of Cred featuring Rahul Dravid. The ad went viral as it featured a cool and composed Rahul in an angry ‘Indiranagar Ka Gunda’ avatar. Ayappa also directed other ads of Cred starring Neeraj Chopra and Ravi Shastri. Another notable ad directed by Ayappa KM is that of The Great Khali for Ambuja Cement.

The production house behind the Bold Care ad is Early Man Film, owned by Ayappa KM and Anand Menon. Tanmay Bhat, known for his comic videos, has written the TVC.
