For the past few weeks, the Dishoom trio of John Abraham, Varun Dhawan and Jacqueline Fernandez have been travelling across the country to promote their forthcoming release. Recently, they were in Indore for the same and took on a new role of traffic cops out there.
After hearing about traffic policeman Ranjeet Singh, who dances and moon walks while controlling traffic in a bid to encourage people to follow rules, the three actors decided to meet him. They had some crazy time manning the traffic as they danced. A source says, “A huge crowd had gathered at one of the chowrahas and the actors couldn’t even get out of their cars. People started jumping on the convoy and the situation was crazy. So, they took a detour and met the moon walking cop at another busy junction. Jacqueline was so impressed with Ranjeet that she started calling him the `dancing cop’. The trio also got out of their vehicles and regulated the traffic in Ranjeet’s style.”
Presented by Eros International and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the banner of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, Dishoom is directed by Rohit Dhawan and is all set to hit the silver screen on July 29.
