Janhvi Kapoor is busy with the promotions of her upcoming film, Mili. The actress has left no stone unturned in the promotional tour. She recently reached the sets of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 which has Madhuri Dixit as one of the judges. The two of them chatted about the late actress Sridevi, who is Janhvi’s mother. They also danced to the beats of ‘Kaahe Chhed Mohe’ from Devdas.

In the new promo, Madhuri told Janhvi, “Isi manch par maine aapke mummy ke saath dance kiya tha. Aur woh pehli baar hum dono ne ek saath mil kar dance kiya tha (On this very stage I danced with your mother. It was also the first time that we danced together)." The Mili star was dressed in a halter-neck red dress.

Sridevi was the special guest in the finale episode of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa in 2012. She and Madhuri got together to dance on several songs from their films including ‘Mere Hathon Mein’ from Chandni, ‘Dhak Dhak Karne Laga’ from Beta (1992) and ‘Navrai Majhi’ from English Vinglish.

Meanwhile, Janhvi Kapoor, who was last seen in the 2022 movie Good Luck Jerry, will next star in the upcoming film Mili, a Hindi remake of the Malayalam film Helen. The upcoming thriller is bankrolled by her father, producer Boney Kapoor. The film also stars Manoj Pahwa and Sunny Kaushal.

Mili is being produced by Zee Studios and Boney Kapoor. It is directed by Mathukutty Xavier who directed the original film. Veteran actor Manoj Pahwa will essay the role of Janhvi Kapoor's father in the upcoming survival thriller. Produced by Zee Studios, Mili is scheduled to release in cinemas on November 4, 2022.

Helen is a story of a young nurse who wishes to relocate to Canada. However, things take an ugly turn when she does not return home from work and suddenly disappears. The film stars Anna Ben in the title role, while Lal, Noble Babu Thomas, Aju Varghese, Rony David, and Binu Pappu appear in supporting roles.

Meanwhile, Janhvi Kapoor will next star in Mr. and Mrs. Mahi starring alongside Roohi co-star Rajkummar Rao and Bawaal with Varun Dhawan. Both projects are scheduled for release in 2023.
