Aditya Pancholi is all set to join the unit of Sanjay Leela Bhansali‘s mega-historical Bajirao Mastani from next month. And though he refuses to shed light on his role, Aditya can’t help express his excitement. “I’ve wanted to work with Mr. Bhansali for the longest time. I am a huge fan of his craft. So when this role came my way I didn’t even ask questions about my character. I just wanted to be part of the film. And I said yes.”
Apparently, Aditya plays the main antagonist and would be doing a whole lot of horse-riding and sword-fighting.
Says a source, “Aditya has always been an action hero. Stunts and fights sequences come naturally to him. To Sanjay Bhansali’s good fortune, Aditya is also a horse rider. So he looks a natural as an aggressive warrior.”
Also, Aditya and SLB are neighbours. They live on two floors of the same building. Aditya’s wife Zarina Wahab is very close to Sanjay Bhansali’s mother.
