Recently, Aamir Khan's daughter Ira Khan shared a couple of pictures from her cousin and actor Zayn Marie's wedding celebrations. In the pictures she was seen posing happily with the couple Zayn And Abhishek Saha. However she wasn't feeling up for the celebrations.

Ira Khan has been vocal about her mental health issues and has always encouraged people to speak up. In a new post on Instagram, Ira revealed that she felt ‘absolutely crap’ at her cousin's wedding and had to force herself to smile for pictures. She also said that she had to suppress her real feelings to be in a good mood and put on a happy face. Khan also said that due to her hectic job schedule she was unable to be regular on social media. She further revealed thats she was feeling low of late and would only go to work, cry and then sleep.

Along with the video, where she spoke about her feelings, she also shared a trigger warning in the caption of the post, which read, “It’s not a happy, positive video. It’s not an unhappy, negative video either. But I’m.. blah and if you’re low, it may or may not be the best thing to watch. You be the judge.”

Ira had first spoken about her tryst with clinical depression on the occasion of World Mental Health Day last year. She had spoken about being diagnosed with clinical depression four years back. Ira is Aamir Khan’s daughter from his first marriage with Reena Dutta.
