Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare have grabbed attention on social media for their unconventional wedding. After a registered marriage in Mumbai, where guests and social media users were pleasantly surprised to see the groom arrive in shorts, the couple took off to Rajasthan for another grand ceremony earlier this week. After some pre-wedding festivities, the two tied the knot in a unique Christian wedding style amid the blessings of their parents, family, and friends on January 10.

Their intimate but fun wedding was three-day affair held in the picturesque Taj Aravali Resort which were also attended by some of the industry insiders, who are close to the bride Ira Khan and groom Nupur Shikhare, like Imran Khan, Mithila Palkar, and Sarah Jane Dias. After sharing glimpses of their western dinner cocktails, mehendi ceremony, and pajama party, new unseen photos of the main marriage ceremony have found their way online.

From Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta walking their daughter down the aisle, to the newlyweds kissing after the vows, several photos were shared on the platform and needless to say, it has won the hearts of several social media users. While many of them dropped heart emojis to shower their love on the couple and share their blessings, a few other users described the mesmerizing photos as, ‘Gorg’, ‘Beautiful’, ‘Stunning’ in their comments.

Ira Khan, daughter of Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta, is a social activist who works extensively on mental health and issues related to it, whereas Nupur Shikhare is a fitness trainer, who has trained Bollywood celebrities too, including Aamir Khan. The couple started dating during the lockdown and announced their engagement in September 2022.
