Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare took off to Rajasthan earlier this weekend to celebrate their wedding in a grand manner. After registering their marriage in Mumbai, the couple decided to continue the celebrations in Udaipur, Rajasthan. For the past couple of days, friends and family along with the couple have been sharing glimpses of the pre wedding festivities and later tied the knot in a white wedding ceremony on January 10. After walking down the aisle, the couple also did a first dance for their audience.

In a recent video which was posted on social media, users got a glimpse of the first dance of Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare, where the couple was seen dancing on the soft romantic number ‘Tum Ho Toh’ from Rock On starring Farhan Akhtar. As a bride, while Ira sported a beautiful white dress with minimal jewellery, Nupur Shikhare looked suave in a brown suit.

The couple also walked down the aisle, much to the excitement of the entire family and later both the families also had an emotional moment at the wedding.

Ahead of this grand wedding in Udaipur which was held in the picturesque lawns of Taj Lake Palace, the couple also hosted a few fun pre-wedding festivities which was a blend of western and Indian traditions. Starting with a black-themed formal dinner cocktail party, it was followed by the ethnic mehendi ceremony, after which, they also hosted a fun pajama party to kick off the celebrations prior to the wedding.

It is also being said that after the couple returns to the city, they will be hosting two receptions in Mumbai which will attended by several Bollywood biggies, who share a close bond with Ira’s father Aamir Khan.
