India’s Got Talent will be unveiling its ‘top’ fourteen contestants this weekend. Sony Entertainment Television’s talent reality show is known for showcasing diverse Indian talent as contestants try to win hearts of the jury members comprising of Kirron Kher, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, and Badshah. As contestants were called to showcase their talent from the selected ‘Top 14’ contestants, veteran actress and judge Kirron Kher was seen getting nostalgic when she heard a beautiful qawwali from her film Veer Zaara (2004) and recalled her fond memories with legendary filmmaker Yash Chopra on the show.

In the coming episode, audiences will see Kirron Kher getting emotional as she shared a heartwarming conversation of her with Yash Chopra which she revealed after one of the contestants showcased their talent by singing the iconic qawwali, 'Aaya Tere Dar Par’. Judge Kirron Kher was seen fondly recounting a cherished memory with the late filmmaker as she said, "It was incredibly beautiful. This qawwali is from my film Veer Zaara, and it deeply touched my heart. It brought back memories of Yash Chopra ji, and this particular film holds a special place in my heart as it is one of my personal favourites among all of his filmography.”

For the unversed, Kirron Kher played the role of Preity Zinta aka Zaara’s mother Mariyam Hayaat Khan and Boman Irani aka Jehangir Hayaat Khan’s wife in the Yash Chopra directorial. The film revolves around the iconic love story of an Indian Air Force officer Veer Pratap Singh and a Lahore-based wealthy politician’s daughter Zaara Hayaat Khan, showcasing how ‘love knows no boundaries’. They are united by a sincere and honest lawyer Saamya Siddiqui, essayed by Rani Mukerji.

Coming to the show, audiences are all set to witness the Top 14, in the upcoming episode of 'Talent Ka World Premiere' on India's Got Talent, as it will feature some awe-inspiring acts performed by these chosen contestants. It will air this weekend at 9:30 PM only on Sony Entertainment Television,
