Here’s how Tiger Shroff attained that chiselled bod for Baaghi 3 3 : Bollywood News

In the trailer of Baaghi 3, Tiger Shroff pulls off some jaw-dropping stunts. Being the man who fights against an entire country, however, doesn't come easy. We already told you how he shot an extremely gruelling schedule amid the frosty cold in Serbia. As per a latest report by a leading daily, one of the primary challenges, for him, was to keep his body fat percentage under control.

Here’s how Tiger Shroff attained that chiselled bod for Baaghi 3

The shoot went on for 45 days, and the temperature was sub-zero. Tiger, while speaking to the daily, revealed that the only times he could train were before and after the shoot, and would have to keep his body fat percentage below 6. With his workout sessions being quick, he would have to rely on a strictly low-calorie diet.

Apart from the fact that he needed to be bare-bodied plenty of times, the film's action director Ram-Lakshman also thought it was a good idea to let the actor's veins be prominently visible. Tiger was game for it.

Reportedly, his diet included 10 egg whites and oatmeal every day. For lunch, he would have boiled chicken, vegetables and brown rice, and would eat some fish and broccoli for dinner. Sounds like a really controlled routine, but one look at the trailer, and you know the hard-work was worth it!

Baaghi 3, directed by Ahmed Khan and also starring Shraddha Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh, releases on 6th March 2020.
