It has just been a few days since Bollywood's queen Kareena Kapoor Khan joined Instagram. However, the queen is already acing her Instagram game with her regular posts.
Kareena who until recently was shooting for Laal Singh Chaddha is now under self-quarantine after the outbreak of coronavirus in India. The actress has been actively posting during this period. In her latest Instagram story, the actress asks a valid question about resistance training. Sharing a mirror selfie of herself in her sports gear while flaunting her well-toned abs, Kareena asks, "Does refusing to run on the treadmill count as resistance training?"
Kareena Kapoor Khan is very particular about her fitness and works out regularly. She was also quick to lose all her pregnancy weight in a short span of time and was back on film sets. With gyms in Mumbai shut down, Kareena does not find that as an excuse to not work out.
The actor, who was last seen in Irrfan Khan starrer Angrezi Medium, will next be seen opposite Aamir Khan in the film Laal Singh Chaddha which will be released in December this year. The actress will also be seen in Karan Johar's multi-starrer period drama Takht.
