Amongst many actors who promote fitness, one is Farhan Akhtar and he always find unique ways to maintain his healthy lifestyle. His fitness regime includes cycling 22 kms daily, which is followed by a workout.
After hitting it in the gym and getting that chiselled body, Farhan has opted out for an all new fitness regime. From his home in Bandra, Farhan cycles to South Mumbai and even to the National Park located in suburban Mumbai with his friends. And now we hear that he has set a target for himself.
A source close to the actor stated that by November he wants to cycle from his home in Bandra to Lonavala and back. In fact, the multi-talented star is working really very hard for it. The actor-singer cycles every day to improve his stamina even more.
He rides cycle every day, sometimes goes to Haji Ali, Nariman point, or even to the Gateway of India. Besides these, his trainer Samir Jaura also said that the actor also plays volleyball twice a week. We wonder if all these are a part of his forthcoming projects.
Talking about his films, Farhan Akhtar’s next acting project is Mohit Suri’s next in which he plays the role of a boxer.
