Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar who have been dating for a couple of years now are all set to tie the knot. The couple will get married in an intimate ceremony over the weekend and the wedding festivities have already kicked in. On Thursday evening, friends of the bride-to-be threw a mehendi and haldi ceremony for her. Shibani's sister Anusha Dandekar and close friend Rhea Chakraborty were also spotted at the venue dressed in yellow traditional attires.
The mehendi and haldi functions are being held at Farhan's Bandra home. Amrita Arora and Shabana Azmi were also spotted at the venue. The house was decked up in colourful decoratives for the evening.

According to reports, Farhan and Shibani will have a Maharashtrian wedding on Saturday in Khandala, Maharashtra. Reports state that only family members will be a part of the wedding ceremony in Khandala.
Meanwhile, Farhan and Shibani have been dating for four years now. Prior to this, Farhan was married to hairstylist Adhuna Bhabani. However, the two parted ways in 2017.
