Aarya on Disney+Hotstar isn't your usual crime thriller; it’s the story of a mother who faces tough decisions, children who grapple with betrayal, and friendships that crumble under the weight of circumstances.

Talking about the same, creator, producer and co-director of Aarya Antim Vaar, Ram Madhvani said, "Aarya is a relationship drama. It's not about crime, and it's not a thriller. It's about families, friendship, and therefore, the emotional stakes and moral choices that the characters are put through—just like all of us are put through in life. The moral choice, the duvidha and the conflict of what choice to make are really what defined the characters."

He further added, "In this season, the twists and turns are really related to how the relationships are changing due to the choices people are making in the situations they find themselves in. Well, we have revealed that Aarya gets shot. Now, you have to find out — you have to see who shoots her and why she gets shot. Even her children are against her."

He concluded by saying, "It's unfortunate for her because, as a mother, that's what she wanted to do—to protect her children and now, she's not able to. So, I think that’s where the hook is - who’s going to shoot her, how she gets shot, and what happens with her and her children. The Co-writers, Khusboo Agarwal Raj, Amit Raj, Anu Singh Chaudhury and Co-directors, Kapil Sharma and Shraddha Pasi are a part of this journey and also deserve credit."
