Music composer and singer Amaal Mallik rang in his birthday on Thursday. One of the popular composers in the Indian music ndustry, Mallik has attracted a large fanbase through his discography. Ahead of his birthday, Bollywood Hungama spoke to the musician about his career, the success of South industry and whether he has marriage plans in coming future.
The musician answered some fan questions from Twitter and was quite elaborate about his love for Shah Rukh Khan, his life as a musician, living away from his family. During the conversation, when asked whether he has any marriage plans in coming future, he simply quipped, "Pehle Salman sir (Salman Khan) ko shaadi karne do. Mera toh simple rule hai. I think har ek bachelor ka iss country mein rule hai ki first Salman Khan has to get married then we will think about marriage (Let Salman sir (Salman Khan) get married first. I have simple rule. I think every bachelor has a rule in the country that first Salman Khan has to get married then we will think about marriage)."
He also talked about moving out of his family home, missing out important days in friends' lives during to work life and what this career holds for him. He hopes to compose a romantic song for Shah Rukh Khan some day.
