Hrithik Roshan is undoubtedly one of the most handsome actors in the industry. The actor has often won polls for fitness and good looks. But, it requires a disciplined living and healthy lifestyle to look like Hrithik Roshan. In an EXCLUSIVE interview with Bollywood Hungama, Hrithik gave the fans an insight into his fitness and what he eats in a day to stay in shape.
What do you have in breakfast, mid-day snacks, lunch, evening snacks and dinner?
I have a very crazy diet. Sometimes, when I am disciplined, I follow a certain kind of diet. I wake up and I have six egg whites, some avocado with that. My next four meals I have are set meals which I have in a box which has got 70gms of proteins and some salad, veggies, if at all. I keep tweaking things depending on my weighing scale, depending on the way I am looking. So, that’s one diet of my disciplined phase.
When I am not disciplined, I have everything and anything that my heart desires. I can go pretty crazy.
How many hours do you sleep daily?
Not enough daily. 5 and half to 6 average.
Do you have short meals?
I eat every three hours.
Do you have fruits every day?
Fruits is a part of my diet but not everyday.
Do you prefer seafood? Your favorite seafood?
Fish and Salmon, yes!
What are your favorite fruits?
My favourite fruits are banana, mango when it’s in season. Also apple and watermelon.
Which is your favorite vegetable?
Do you prefer your vegetables cooked or you prefer them in the salad form?
Well, I like my veggies in salads but I also have them cooked. So, both.
What about Ghee?
Yeah! I like ghee. Ghee is supposed to be good.
Are you a tea or a coffee person?
I am black coffee person.
What about roti? Genhu roti, bajra, nachni, jawar?
No. That doesn’t figure in my diet.
What about dessert? What sort of desserts do you like?
With desserts, I am pretty simple. I like all of them.
