EXCLUSIVE: “In Gadar 3, Jeete might drop me back to Pakistan,” says Simratt Kaur aka Muskaan

During an exclusive video interview with Bollywood Hungama, Simratt Kaur, who plays Muskaan in the movie, and Utkarsh Sharma, who plays Jeete, react to that moment from the film.

Simratt said that she wasn’t aware that the film has a hint about the third film in the Gadar franchise. “I had no idea that Gadar 3 is also going to happen. When we saw the film in Gaiety (a cinema hall in Mumbai), we didn’t wait till the end because the audience was about to get up and we had to rush. But we sat till the end when we saw the film for the second time because we had covered our faces,” she said. Sharing her reaction when she read ‘To be continued’ on the screen, she said, “I am like, ‘What???’”

Utkarsh said that he was the only one from the entire cast who knew about the hint in the end. During the course of the conversation, it was pointed out that Ameesha Patel’s character never gets to meet Simratt, who is all set to be her daughter-in-law. To this, Utkarsh jokingly said, “See that in Gadar 3.”

When they were asked to make some wild guesses for the story of Gadar 3, Simratt said laughingly, “Maybe I will trouble him (Utkarsh Sharma’s character) so much that he might drop me back to Pakistan. He would be like, ‘You were good there, please stay there’.”

Directed by Anil Sharma, Gadar 2 is expected to reach the coveted Rs. 400 Crore Club by today August 22.
