EXCLUSIVE: Fardeen Khan reveals he was apprehensive to do No Entry; confirms triple roles for him, Salman Khan, and Anil Kapoor in No Entry 2Fardeen Khan said that it was comic roles that truly opened up the actor in him with comic scenes in the film Khushi challenging him. Further talking about No Entry, Fardeen said, “Boney (Kapoor) offered me No Entry which I was most apprehensive about from the beginning as it was a remake of a South film. Of course, he has adapted in his own way and made it his own. But my character was played by Prabhu Dheva and he had a very different take on the character as to how I did it. It was a challenge and then when I did do that, I really let go and so it was fun and you had a great team. Working with Anil and he is an incredible actor. I've worked with him and on Om Jai Jagdish and learned a lot from him and his whole approach, his passion, his technique, his love for what he does, you definitely learn a lot from working with people like him. I am excited to work with him again and of course Salman (Khan) and Anees (Bazmee) and Boney, so that kind of broke me as an actor. Then I really started to just let go and I really started enjoying stuff.”
Confirming the sequel of No Entry, Fardeen said, “Yes, it is happening. It's on the cards”. The actor also confirmed that all three actors will be seen in a triple role in the film.
Fardeen was also all praise for his No Entry co-star Salman Khan. “He was incredible in that movie. Salman and I were literally getting to know each other well on a professional basis even though Salman and I know each other from a long time ago from the good old RG days. RG used to be a nightclub in town. We have known each other; our families have known each other. We have never spent time hanging out and got to know each other as people. It was during No Entry that we bonded and got to know each other well. We have kept in touch ever since. I would say we have a healthy friendship now. I respect him a lot,” he said.
