Actor Salim Siddiqui is currently receiving accolades for his performance as Atif Ahmed in Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar The Revenge, which is creating new records at the box office. The actor recently spoke about his fondness for Dhar. He has now shared that he would also love to work with new directors.
In an exclusive chat with Bollywood Hungama, Siddiqui said, “I have a list of directors I would want to work with. I really want to work with Aryan Khan. I really liked his The Ba***ds of Bollywood. I was impressed with his direction. He was like a silent magician. I always saw he was silent. But when The Ba***ds of Bollywood released, he showed what talent he has. I am very eager to work with new directors. Hopefully, such new directors would spot me in Dhurandhar.”
Siddiqui also shared that he has received one offer after Dhurandhar The Revenge released, but he won’t able to speak much about it now.
Sharing about his other upcoming projects, the actor said, “I had done a few films in 2024. One of them was with Manoj Bajpayee sir. It is in post-production but it hasn’t been announced yet. Most probably, it should release this year. There is another film, which is based in Rajasthan. It has turned out to be very good. There is another one with Ayushmann Khurrana where I have played a cameo. I also have a web series with Gurmmeet Singh sir from Mirzapur.”
