“Everyone around me is engulfed in sadness, I don’t feel like posting anything”, says Bigg Boss 13 fame Paras Chhabra on his sabbatical from social media 13 : Bollywood News

Actor Paras Chhabra who's being missed immensely by his fans as the actor is highly inactive on social media and in this exclusive interview, Paras states his reason for his absence from the social media platforms.

While stating the reason, the BB13 star added "I don't like to be more active on social media these days because everyone around me is engulfed in sadness; the entire atmosphere is not that good with people suffering and facing multiple problems. Perhaps, I don't feel like posting anything these days"

Breaking the prototype of Instagram is a tool to acquire incessant fame, Paras says "Instagram is not a source of instant fame, but yes people are highly influenced by these social media influencers/content creators. I don't deny the fact that they work hard too, but they end up gaining millions of followers as compared to an artist who's been working for years! This is not wrong too, but an artist is entitled to get an equal amount of respect as these influencers"

Furthermore, the actor also refuted the mindset of an actor being judged on the basis of his/her social media followers. He said "I think the social media craze is majorly confined to the youth. A major section of the audience which also comprises kids and senior citizens admires an actor based on his work and not his social media presence. So I don't think, social media following can ever justify how great an artist is"

Lastly, the actor expressed his gratitude towards his fans! Paras said "Thank you so much for supporting me always, and for showering me with your love and blessings. Please stay safe and use your social media for the public welfare and for good purposes"

On the professional front, Paras is known for doing some great shows like Karn Sangini, Vighnaharta Ganesh, etc. However, the actor rose to enormous fame post his stint in the house of Bigg Boss 13, and ever since then, he is known as the 'King Of Music Videos' as he then went on to star in some great music videos under the banner of some prestigious music labels.
