Disha Patani has developed a fondness for martial arts recently, and we’re really thankful that she did. She has started uploading snippets of the new techniques she learns and we just can’t seem to get over them. From wall kicks to backflips, she aces at everything she tries. This new found love has motivated a lot of people to take up Mixed Martial Arts in their fitness regime. Apart from pilates and regular gym, mixed martial arts works wonders for one’s body and with Disha, it clearly shows how amazing it is.
She uploaded a video where she is attempting a butterfly kick without any support and she can easily give the professionals a run for their money. We love how she’s always willing to try new things when it comes to fitness and is constantly expanding her horizon, be it acting or maintaining her physique. She uploaded the video with the caption, “Miss training, trying to learn the butterfly (B) kick, still long way to go ????????????” (sic.)

Is there getting any better than this? We don’t think so! If this is Disha at a learning stage, we wonder how she will perform when she’s a pro. On the work front, Disha is gearing up for her upcoming Eid release, Bharat. She will be seen playing the role of a trapeze artiste in the 60s. The movie is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and stars Katrina Kaif, Salman Khan, and Jackie Shroff in lead and pivotal roles, respectively.
