With an interesting line-up of films in different languages, Disha Patani couldn’t be happier about welcoming a new year in the next couple of months. While her career seems to have taken off on a great note this year, it is also her personal life that often comes under scrutiny. Especially her alleged closeness to Tiger Shroff has often been the talk of town. Speaking about finding love and her concept of relationship, Disha was seen opening up about it in a candid chat with Cosmo India.

Speaking about her idea of relationship, Disha Patani reveals "I feel like for anyone, partnership is as important as having a job...you know they say, yin-yang...you need to have that balance. When you have worked extremely hard, you must come back home to someone, you can become a different person with...in a sense...you become yourself.” She went on to talk about how she was inspired by the lines of Beyonce as she went on to add, “I don't think you can only work, or you can only be in a relationship-I feel that you need to have your own life. There's a very interesting quote that Beyonce said once, ‘You need to have your own life before you become anyone's wife’. It's good to have your independent life where you do your thing and have your partner by your side, supporting you, like a best friend would."

Disha Patani, who recently made her directorial debut of music video, is gearing up for the release of her debut South film Kanguva, co-starring superstar Suriya. Apart from that, the actress will also feature in a pivotal role in Yodha, that also stars Sidharth Malhotra and Raashii Khanna. There are also reports that she will be reuniting with Tiger Shroff in the upcoming Jagan Shakti’s Hero No. 1.
