The music launch of Dhurandhar The Revenge, also the only event for the much-awaited film, took place on March 17 at Mumbai’s NESCO in the presence of hundreds of fans. The evening began with a speech by Ranveer Singh, followed by the lead actress Sara Arjun.
She began by saying, “Thank you for all the love and encouragement that you have given Dhurandhar and me. Aaj jo Dhurandhar bani hai, woh sirf aapki wajah se bani hai. I’ll always maintain that asli Dhurandhar aur sabse bada Dhurandhar hamari audience hai!”
She added, “Music is such an integral part of our lives. I know I can’t function without music. We take so much pride in the album that Shashwat Sachdev has created. I am so proud and can’t wait to experience this night with you guys.”
The host asked what song she was listening to in her entry scene in Dhurandhar’s first part. She replied, “I clearly remember I was listening to ‘Halka Halka Suroor’ that day!”

Shashwat Sachdev came next and he got a rousing reception. He said, “Tomorrow or the day after, you’ll see what Ranveer bhai has done in the film. It is truly a once-in-a-lifetime performance in cinema history. I was scoring for the film the other day. We were playing a scene again and again on loop. There were 20-25 people mixing it. Everybody consistently just cried and marvelled at how amazing he was. Let’s have a huge round of applause for one of the most accomplished artists.”
Electrifying live performances
The first song, which was unveiled, was 'Main Aur Tu' and it was performed by Jasmine Sandlas. This was followed by Vaibhav Gupta and Shahzad Ali singing 'Destiny – Mann Atkeya'. Khan Saab set the stage on fire with his performance on 'Jaan Se Guzarte Hain' and his tribute to Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan.

Jasmine Sandlas came on stage again, this time to perform on 'Jithe Mera Ghar'. Finally, Jasmine Sandlas, Khan Saab and Sudhir Yadhuvanshi did a live performance on 'Aari Aari', which has already become a rage and it created a frenzy at the venue.
