Couple of months ago, we had reported that Emraan Hashmi has been chalking out plans for his first production along with his Azhar director Tony D'Souza. Soon we had also received details about the film being based on a war backdrop and here's the first look of the actor turned producer in the film titled Captain Nawab.

Emraan Hashmi is excited about playing an army man for the first time but at the same time he asserted that he will be required to undergo rigorous training like the way he did for the biopic Azhar in which he played the role of a cricketer. While the poster has a few intriguing elements like the way Emraan is dressed in a mix of both Pakistani and Indian army uniforms, we hear that the film is inspired by a few real life incidents of the Kargil war.

Captain Nawab will be extensively shot in Delhi, Hyderabad and will also have a foreign schedule in London.
