While promoting Akira in Delhi on Monday, Sonakshi Sinha got a sweet surprise from rapper Badshah. When he came to know that Sonakshi was coming to Delhi for promotions, he couldn't stop himself and came to support her. Sonakshi shared a photo with a caption that read, "This dude!!! When he found out I'm promoting in Delhi, he said you ain't promoting alone in my city and just showed up to ROCK the event! Thank you @badboyshah... You are a gem! #badshah #djwalebabu #akira #akirapromotions."

Directed by A.R. Murugadoss, Akira also stars Anurag Kashyap, Amit Sadh and Konkona Sen Sharma in pivotal roles. The film is slated to release on September 2.
