Magik is all set to return with its musical magic in Rock On 2. Amidst the addition and subtraction in the cast, one of the actors who will be retained in the film is Arjun Rampal.

We hear that the actor will reprise the role of Joseph Mascarenhas even in the sequel along with the rest of the band members namely, Farhan Akhtar as Aditya Shroff and Purab Kohli as Killer Drummer (KD) aka Kedar Zaveri. However, it seems that this time around, unlike the prequel, Arjun Rampal will not be sporting long hair. The actor recently shared a picture of him playing a guitar on Instagram saying, "Play it LOUD......Rock On 2 #rockon2" and the look seems to have turned funkier and trendy compared to the first installment.

While Prachi Desai is being retained in Rock On 2, the film will have Shraddha Kapoor as an addition to the band as a pianist. The film, which has been shot in varied locations like Shillong, is directed by Shujaat Saudagar and it is slated to release on November 11.
