After becoming a blockbuster in cinemas, Brahmastra starring Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor in the lead roles, is set to arrive on Disney+ Hotstar The digital premiere of Brahmāstra Part One: Shiva will be available to the viewers in their preferred language from Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. Releasing on November 4, 2022, the magnum opus is produced by Star Studios & Dharma Productions, and directed and written by Ayan Mukerji.

On Saturday, Ayan took to his Instagram account to share the new promotional video of the film ahead of the Disney+ Hotstar release. The clip shows Ranbir donning a bearded look as he announces the date of the premiere. However, Ayan points out that he missed mentioning the word ‘blockbuster’. An angry Ranbir says, “Bas ab ho gaya na Ayan (It’s already done Ayan)" as he does the announcement as said. Ayan once again tells him to ‘do it properly’. But Ranbir then gets up and leaves stating, “Bhai Mera Ho Gaya, Tujhe Joh Bolna Hai Bol (Bro I am done. You say whatever you have to say now).” The funny bit ends with Ayan saying, “Abhi VFX, music bohot kuch bolna hai(You also have to mention VFX, music and other things)".

Alia left a comment full of laughing emojis. Previously, explaining the distinct vision aspect of the film, Alia Bhatt, said “When Ayan first shared his vision for Brahmāstra, I instinctively knew that this project would change the way we see and experience Indian Cinema! The ambition and scale of the film were unheard of and felt very fresh. I instantly knew that I wanted to be a part of it. But more importantly, be a part of something Indians all over the world could be proud of.”

Further explaining her favourite sequence with Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt said “It’s very difficult to pick one, but I think shooting ‘Kesariya’ in the beautiful city of Varanasi, will be one of my fondest and most cherished memories from the film!”

Brahmastra is headlined by some of the finest Bollywood actors such as Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna Akkineni, among others in a universe which is loved and praised by everyone.
