Tina Datta had a breakdown moment in Bigg Boss 16 last night. The actress’s pet dog Rani passed away, leaving her with an emotional toil. Tina who is currently stuck in BB house was in grief and sad that she can’t even attend Rani’s last rites. But keeping the show in mind, Tina continued with her show duties and performed the captaincy task as well. Owing to her situation, many celebrities like Arti Singh, friend Aashka Goradia, former co-star from the show Uttaran, Mrunal Jain, among others came in support of the actress.

Aashka Goradia, who is also a former Bigg Boss contestant, took to Instagram, to write a heartfelt note for Datta saying, “A note for my friend @tinadatta It’s always testing to loose a loved one - more testing if you can’t grieve with those who can bring you the utmost comfort. My darling Tina - I cannot imagine your pain for loosing Rani - in this moment of grief, my heart pains for you but also is extremely proud of the strength you are showing, living up to the commitment that your work seeks. Least of all facts know about artist/actors that no matter what goes on inside but #theshowmustgoon First job and first love is to entertain others and bring the best of the emotions alive in those watching the performance. I am so proud of you. Keep at it. We got your family’s back outside ❤️Rainbow Rani ❤️”

In the past, friend Arti Singh also came in support of Tina and said, “This house is not easy and tht too when u face loss. To loose your pet who is like your family. Not able to see one last time. I hv cats and I can relate. But I saw how u went back and performed the task and did not go with the advice given to u by some selfish people who can use personal loss for the game… @tinadatta @colorstv”

Co-actor Mrunal Jain, who played the love interest of Tina in the popular show Uttaran, took to his Instagram and wished Tina to be strong. He further also mentioned that Rani is watching her and would want her to win the show. Yeh Teri Galliyaan actress, Vrushika Mehta also wrote a sweet note for Tina saying, "Stay Strong Tina.. You are a fighter and Rani's love and blessings are always with you..."
