Fans of The Kapil Sharma Show eagerly await its highly anticipated Netflix premiere, The Great Indian Kapil Sharma Show, launching on March 30, 2024. The show marks the reunion of Kapil Sharma with his core cast - Archana Puran Singh, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, and Rajiv Thakur. However, viewers will notice a familiar face missing - comedian Bharti Singh.

In a recent interview with E Times, Bharti Singh addressed her absence from the show. While expressing her excitement for the project and her continued bond with Kapil Sharma ("Kapil bhai"), she clarified her busy schedule as the reason for not being part of the initial cast. Bharti is currently juggling various commitments, including hosting podcasts and filming for the dance reality show Dance Deewane.

Despite her packed schedule, Bharti left the door open for future possibilities.She asserted, “For now I don’t have any plans on joining Kapil bhai. But if something happens then I will surely join in. Currently, I am busy with my projects, podcasts, shooting Dance Deewane and all but if I get a call then I will surely go. For now, I have quite a few things in my kitty and less time to devote to something new.”

While Bharti Singh won't be part of the initial cast, The Great Indian Kapil Sharma Show promises a star-studded premiere. The first episode features the Kapoor family - Neetu Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, and Riddhima Kapoor. The show will also host a lineup of A-list celebrities throughout the season, including Aamir Khan, Parineeti Chopra, Diljit Dosanjh, and cricketer Rohit Sharma.
