Earlier today, Netflix delighted the fans as it dropped the new poster of Zoya Akhtar’s upcoming film The Archies. However, besides being a Zoya Akhtar film, it has been constantly in the headlines for various reasons including the fact that it will be marking the debut of a bunch of star kids. One of them is the King of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan.
Coincidentally, hours after the new poster of The Archies was revealed, Shah Rukh engaged with fans in an interactive “Ask SRK” session. Amid numerous questions regarding his upcoming releases, Jawan and Dunki, a fan asked the actor, “Archies coming on Netflix. How do you feel as a proud father?”
In his response, SRK tweeted, “Father bias and excitement will always be there but looking forward to a Zoya Akhtar film actually.” Meanwhile, in the comments section, a bunch of Twitteratis expressed their excitement for Suhana’s debut project.

Besides this, hours before doing an “Ask SRK” session, Shah Rukh had given a shout-out to The Archies on his verified social media handle. While sharing the new poster on his Twitter, Khan had written, “I remember when I was young (millions of years ago) would book my Archie’s Digest in advance to rent. Nostalgia. I hope Big Moose is also in the film! All the best to the whole cast and love.”

Helmed by Zoya Akhtar and co-written by Reema Kagti and Ayesha Devitre, The Archies is said to be a musical drama set in the 1960s, the film is expected to release on Netflix.
