Asin bonds with the Kapoor family in London

Brothers Randhir and Rishi Kapoor are currently bonding big-time in London. And joining them is their mother, the graceful Mrs. Krishna Raj Kapoor, making the perfect family portrait in England. Sources say the brothers who have always been part of a closely-knit family but haven't had time to spend together for a very long time, are having a ball playing brothers on and off camera.

But hang on, there's more of the Kapoors in England. Kareena Kapoor has now flown to London to be with Saif. A grand family dinner is on the cards later this week where the only invitee from the outside is expected to be Asin. The Ready actress who has been shooting non-stop in London for Sajid Khan's Housefull 2 is in the city alone and has been unofficially adopted by Rishi and Randhir Kapoor, who play her father and uncle, respectively, in the film. The Kapoor brothers are taking their screen roles very seriously and have been looking after Asin. The young actress is understandably overwhelmed.

Speaking from London she enthuses, "There're at least 25-30 actors along with me here. Would you believe I am working with everyone in this unit for the first time, from Boman Irani and Riteish Deshmukh to Rishiji and Randhirji. I hadn't ever met, let along worked, with any of them. We've become like one big extended family over here. We go out for dinners, plays and movies almost every day. London has always been a favourite city. Now it's even more of a favourite."

She admits her bonding with Kapoors is extra-special. "Rishiji who plays my father and Randhirji who plays my uncle are so wonderful. And their mother Mrs Krishna Raj Kapoor has joined them here this week. Just to be with them feels like being part of history. It's a very special feeling. I just can't tell you what a feeling it is."

Asin who has lately been travelling everywhere without her parents, has never felt so much at home away from home. "Apart from Rishiji and Randhirji, my cousin Gypsy and best-friend Minisha live in London. They join me during weekends. So it feels as if I am at home away from home. Even when we're shooting, every scene has a minimum of 9-10 characters on camera with me. So one thing is for sure, I am never alone over here in London."

Asin's only regret is that she's missing out on all the excitement back home about her new film Ready turning out to be a blockbuster. "We all knew it would be big. But we never knew it would be so huge. This is my second blockbuster in Hindi after Ghajini. Hopefully, Housefull 2 will be the third."
