Asif Basra death: Manoj Bajpayee, Hansal Mehta, Kareena Kapoor Khan and others offer condolence : Bollywood News

In another loss to Bollywood this year, actor Asif Basra passed away today. The actor was reportedly found hanging in a private complex in Dharamshala. Basra is well known for his performance in films like Jab We Met, Kai Po Che, Wrong Side Raju and many others. He was last seen in the web series Paatal Lok that was released in April. The actor will be seen in the Akshay Kumar starrer Sooryavanshi.

Directors Hansal Mehta, Onir and actor Manoj Bajapyee were among the first to react to the death of the actor. “Asif Basra! Can’t be true... This is just very, very sad,” Hansal Mehta wrote on Twitter. Retweeting Mehta's tweet, Bajpayee wrote, “What? This is too shocking!! Shot with him just before Lockdown!!! Oh My God!!!”

Onir wrote, “In shock. Cant believe that we have lost him. #asifbasra Used to meet him so often at the park jogging. He would tell me not to jog sideways,I might loose balance and hurt myself.”
