Arjun Kapoor has been successfully motivated by his long-time partner Malaika Arora for his newfound love for fitness. The actor, who has been often trolled for his weight, has even battled obesity prior to entering the film industry. He now appears to have stolen a page from his partner's book.

These days, the 36-year-old actor takes his exercise routine very seriously. His Instagram account, where he regularly shares photographs and videos of his workouts and diets, is proof of this. He just shared a new post, but it was his message of deep gratitude to Malaika for assisting him in starting this new fitness adventure that caught everyone's attention. Arjun shared three photos of himself on Instagram. In the first photograph, he is seen sitting on his knees, leaning backwards with his head raised and his palms resting on his heels. He wrote, “I've just started a new journey, discovering Iyengar yoga. It started with wanting to sort my posture, open up my hip joint and fix my lower back injury issues.”

He then expressed his gratitude to Malaika, Subham Sri, and Sarvesh Shashi, an entrepreneur and Yoga master, for guiding him into the realm of fitness, saying he would be eternally thankful. Malaika even replied to the post with a muscle emoji and a folded hand.
