In the premiere episode of their son Arhaan Khan's show Dumb Biryani, actor-filmmaker brothers Sohail Khan and Arbaaz Khan got candid about love, life, relationships, and navigating the complexities of breakups. Arhaan, along with his friends, hosted a conversation with Arbaaz and Sohail, delving into the reasons behind relationship failures.

Sharing their perspectives, the brothers offered valuable insights. Sohail shed light on the importance of amicable separation when the spark fades: "When you lose excitement in a relationship, amicably move on. Communication is the best thing." He offered an analogy, comparing relationships to everyday objects with an "expiry date."

Arbaaz, on the other hand, highlighted the significance of commitment and giving in a relationship. He asserted, “The most important time to get into a relationship is when you’re willing to give rather than receive. Most people get into relationships wanting to receive. And they forget about what they bring to the table, what they have to offer.”

He further added, “Until and unless you’re getting into a relationship to give, there’s no reason why you should be getting into a relationship. If you’re only going to be the recipient, it’s not going to work for the other person beyond a point of time.”

Both brothers acknowledged the challenges following a breakup, including bruised egos. Sohail validated these feelings, while Arbaaz suggested open communication as a key remedy. "If you feel that you can’t tell your partner something because they might judge you, then you have a problem," he stated.

For the unversed, both Sohail and Arbaaz have experienced divorce – Sohail Khan was married to Seema Sajdeh for 24 years (1998-2022), while Arbaaz Khan's marriage with actress Malaika Arora lasted from 1998 to 2017. Meanwhile, Arbaaz recently tied the knot with Sshura Khan.
