Shah Rukh Khan will be soon making his entry into the OTT world. A couple of months back, Shah Rukh Khan had featured in a campaign by Disney+Hotstar where he was seen considering debuting in the OTT world. In the ad, he was seen discussing different ideas with his manager for his OTT debut. On Tuesday, the actor announced his OTT project SRK+. However, he did not share much details about it. On Wednesday morning, a new ad was shared where Khan is seen discussing content ideas for SRK+ with director Anurag Kashyap.
In the latest ad for Disney+Hotstar, Shah Rukh Khan is seen watching the news which said that the superstar has announced his new OTT app SRK+. He is then seen discussing content ideas with Anurag Kashyap. But, Khan's manager soon dismisses all the ideas saying that similar concepts have already been executed by films and shows on Disney+Hotstar. An exasperated Khan asks whether they have anything good left. To this, his manager responds that they own an IPL team. However, Anurag bursts their bubble by saying that Disney+Hotstar also has Tata IPL.

Meanwhile, after Khan’s announcement of SRK+ on March 15, it was speculated that the superstar is launching his own OTT channel. However, that is not the case. According to sources, SRK+ is an extension to his collaboration with Disney+Hotstar and further details will be revealed soon. The superstar will be making his digital debut with Disney+Hotstar.
