Bollywood actor Anupam Kher not gives great performances through his movies, but also provides major fitness goals even at this age. Kher's fitness regimen is quite motivating, including his daily exercise and healthy eating habits. The actor posted a video of himself exercising on World Health Day.

On Friday, Anupam Kher took to his Instagram account and shared a motivating video. In the video, he can be seen shirtless doing exercise at a gym with an equipment. Sharing the video, he wrote in the caption, “Maine khush rehna isliye chuna kyuki ye mere swasthya ke liye achcha hai. (I choose to be happy because it is good for my health) Happy #WorldHealthDay #YearOfTheBody.”

Soon after he shared the post, fans poured their love for the actor in the comments section. Reacting to the video, a user commented, “This man gives major fitness goals,” while another fan wrote, “Hats off to you sir.” A comment also read, “Sir u r the source of inspiration for everyone and especially young generation. The way u have crafted your life with accomplishment of every goal motivates us. Kudos sir. Huge respect.”

In an earlier interview, Kher had shared his fitness journey and motivation. He told ANI, “Seven years ago when I turned 60, I felt I should reinvent myself. I began by transforming myself physically, so people take my intentions to reinvent myself seriously. Hence, I started to exercise, hit the gym, do yoga and run.”

On the professional front, Anupam Kher was last seen in Shiv Shastri Balboa alongside Neena Gupta. The actor has many interesting projects lined up in his pipeline. He has started working on The Vaccine War as well. This is his third collaboration with director Vivek Agnihotri after Buddha In A Traffic Jam and last year's blockbuster The Kashmir Files. The actor also has Kangana Ranaut's directorial Emergency. Some of his other films include Kuch Khatta Ho Jaaye, Anurag Basu's Metro In Dino with Aditya Roy Kapur and Sara Ali Khan, The Signature with Mahima Chaudhry, IB71 and Nautanki.
