Bollywood actress Ananya Panday is currently gearing up for her upcoming movie Dream Girl 2, which serves as a sequel to the 2019 superhit Dream Girl. The actress shares a close connection with Shah Rukh Khan and also holds the position of being the best friend to his daughter, Suhana Khan. Recently, the actress openly discussed the strong bond she shares with the esteemed actor.
Discussing Shah Rukh Khan's response to her debut in Student Of The Year 2, Ananya Panday mentioned during an interview with News18, “The first time he saw me on the big screen, he sent me a really long message, which I’ve almost framed and kept at home. Even though I’ve known him practically all my life, I’m still star-struck every time he walks into the room and that’s not just because of the actor that he is but also the human being that he is.”
Ananya Panday shared her admiration for Shah Rukh Khan and elaborated on what she finds impressive about him saying, “He’s witty, humble, funny and caring and can make anyone feel so, so special. I’ve observed the human being in him a lot while growing up.”
Dream Girl 2 is directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa and produced by Ektaa R Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor. It stars Ayushmann Khurrana apart from Ananya, while Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Asrani, Seema Pahwa, Vijay Raaz, Manjot Singh, Abhishek Banerjee, Ranjan Raj, Manoj Joshi, and Annu Kapoor appear in prominent roles. The film is arriving in cinemas on August 25, 2023.
As for SRK, he is now all set to return to the silver screen once again with Atlee Kumar's highly anticipated directorial, Jawan on September 7. The film's ensemble cast boasts impressive talent, including Vijay Sethupathi and the Nayanthara. Furthermore, the audience can look forward to a special appearance by the stunning Deepika Padukone, heightening the anticipation surrounding the movie. Apart from this, he also has Dunki in the pipeline.
