Amitabh Bachchan reveals how he kept himself engaged in hospital after Covid-19 diagnosis 19 : Bollywood News

In July, Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and Aaradhya Bachchan were admitted to Nanavati Hospital after they were diagnosed with COVID-19. By the month-end, the mother-daughter duo was discharged. Amitabh Bachchan left for his home after being treated for weeks.

Speaking of being engaged in some way or another, Amitabh Bachchan on Tuesday said he watched a documentary, replied to fans on Twitter. “I replied to people here on Twitter, did some thinking myself. I watched a few old cricket matches, I rested for some time. I watched a documentary but I won’t reveal its name. I had some medicines and then spent some time knowing more about the mobile phone and finally, I did Indian salutation too.”

On Sunday, August 2, Abhishek Bachchan took to Twitter to inform, “My father, thankfully, has tested negative on his latest Covid-19 test and has been discharged from the hospital. He will now be at home and rest. Thank you all for all your prayers and wishes for him.”

Amitab Bachchan followed up with his tweet, “T 3613 - I have tested CoVid- have been discharged. I am back home in solitary quarantine. Grace of the Almighty, blessings of Ma Babuji, prayers & duas of near & dear & friends fans EF .. and the excellent care and nursing at Nanavati made it possible for me to see this day .”

Abhishek Bachchan has now also tested negative and will soon be discharged too.
