Recently, Amitabh Bachchan shared a photo where he was riding pillion on a stranger's motorcycle. In his caption, he thanked the person for giving him a ride and acknowledged that he arrived at the shooting location on time because of him. Shortly after, Anushka Sharma was also seen taking a motorcycle ride to avoid traffic and reach work punctually.

However, some internet users noticed that neither Anushka nor Amitabh Bachchan were wearing helmets and tagged Mumbai Police in their tweets. Mumbai Police responded by stating that they have forwarded the information to the traffic branch. A day later, Amitabh Bachchan claimed that he was not actually going anywhere on the bike and that he was shooting a scene on the street. In the midst of all this, Amitabh Bachchan shared another post which has left the internet in splits.

On Friday, Amitabh took to Instagram and shared a hilarious post in which he was standing next to a police jeep. Sharing the picture, he wrote in captions, “Arrested.”

Soon after he shared the picture, his fans and followers expressed themselves in the comments section. Maniesh Paul commented, “Hahahaha love you sir.” Reacting to the post, a fan commented, “Don …..Don …..Don …….Don ka intezar toh 11 mulkon ki police kar rahi hai! Lekin Don ko pakadna mushkil hi nahin, namumkin hai!” while another user wrote, “Aakhirkar Don ko Mumbai Police ne pakad liya.”

On the work front, Bachchan was last seen in Sooraj Barjatya’s Uunchai last year, which also starred Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Danny Denzongpa and Parineeti Chopra. He has Project K helmed by Nag Ashwin. It's a sci-fi film that also stars Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Disha Patani. The film is simultaneously being shot in Hindi and Telugu. Bachchan will also soon feature in Ribhu Dasgupta’s Section 84.
